How invite credits work

Invite credits allow you to generate personalized invite links to your events. These invites can be sent directly through ARTSVP, distributed individually, or downloaded and dispatched through your own CRM or mailing service. Invites can also be generated and used via the API.

What is an Invite Credit?

An invite credit enables you to create a single invite.

How Much Do Invite Credits Cost?

Invite credits are sold in bundles based on volume. To check the pricing of these bundles, click on the credits icon in any invites tab or on your billing page in your organization settings.

When Are Invite Credits Used?

Invite credits are used in the following situations:

- When you create a single invite (this will decrease your credits by 1)
- When you upload a CSV file or use a contact list to generate multiple invites (this will decrease your credits by the number of invites you generate)
- When you use the API to generate invites
- When a portal generates an invite from their allocation (not when they are given an allocation)

Invite Credits Never Expire

When you purchase a bundle of portals, there's no need to use them within a specific time frame or within the existing subscription year.
