Creating & Viewing Invites The allocation of invites that the fair has provided you with will be visible in your Invites tab. There may be multiple different types of invites (e.g. VIP 1, VIP 2, Public Days etc. ) available to you (depending on the fair). Follow these steps to create an invite: Select the type of invite you wish to generate Select Single Invite or CSV Upload (you may already have a list ready to go) Enter a Name and Email for the invitation |PopularManaging Bookings
Viewing Bookings Any bookings made through Invites or Links in your Exhibitor Portal will appear in your Bookings tab. Bookings are listed by date and time, followed by the guest’s name. What is the Activity Tab? All Invite, Booking and Check-in activity is displayed inside the Activity tab. Any unseen activity will display as a red badge count beside the Activity tab.
