Viewing Bookings

Any bookings made through Invites or Links in your Exhibitor Portal will appear in your Bookings tab. Bookings are listed by date and time, followed by the guest’s name.

Each entry includes details such as the event name (e.g., VIP 2024), the number of guests on the booking, and whether they have attended. Clicking on a booking reveals additional guest details, the booking timestamp, and the first recorded check-in time at the fair.
