Your Exhibitor Portal

Your Exhibitor Portal gives you full control over your VIP invitations, allowing you to manage and distribute them from the allocation provided by the Art Fair. You can track which of your clients have booked and receive real-time notifications when they arrive at the fair.

Benefits

With your Exhibitor Portal, you no longer need to rely on the Art Fair to send invitations on your behalf. Instead, you can invite your clients directly, with the confidence that their information (names, emails, etc.) will not be shared with the Art Fair until they confirm their booking.

You can also:

Easily manage your allocation of VIP invitations
Send invitations via ARTSVP (free!) or share a direct link manually
See which of your invited guests have confirmed attendance
Get real-time email & WhatsApp notifications when guests arrive
No need to coordinate guest invitations through the Art Fair

Your Exhibitor Portal streamlines your VIP guest management—giving you transparency, flexibility, and full control.

Claim ownership of your Exhibitor Portal

You will receive a link to your Exhibitor Portal from the Art Fair. If the portal has not yet been activated, you’ll be prompted to enter an email address to activate it and therefor claim ownership of the Portal. The email you enter will be used for future communications from the Art Fair, but you can update it anytime in your Portal settings.

Protect your data - Create an account

Once your portal has been activated, it is still accessible via the public link. In order to control who has access, you will be prompted to 'Create an account' with the banner below.

With an ARTSVP account you can also:

Maintain access to your Invite and Booking data forever
Build a contact list in ARTSVP
Use ARTSVP for your own events for free
