Activity & Notifications
What is the Activity Tab?
All Invite, Booking and Check-in activity is displayed inside the Activity tab. Any unseen activity will display as a red badge count beside the Activity tab. You can expect to see the following indie your Activity feed:
- An Invite or a batch of Invites have been sent
- A guest has booked
- A guest has arrived
What are Notifications?
Currently, all notifications to do with guest activity are delivered to the email assigned to the portal. You can visit the Settings tab to change your default notification email at any time. ARTSVP currently notifies you when:
- A new booking has been confirmed for a guest associated to your Portal
- A guest has arrived at the venue and 'checked-in'
