Setting up your team: team members and page level access
ARTSVP makes it easy for you to share the workload of creating events, managing bookings and guest lists.
Adding members to your team helps you manage all events within your organisation. If you just want to give someone access to a specific events booking you can also do this. This can be useful if you have temporary staff or are working in collaborations with another business/venue and want to let them manage bookings.
Admins can decide the level of permissions by clicking the settings link next to your organisation name and then navigating to the Members tab. Here is an overview of the permissions each access level allows:
Add team members (and choose their permission)
Edit organisation level settings
Add new events and edit all event details
Set/change availability/capacity
Give access to events (add someone to manage a specific booking page)
Turn bookings on/off
Add, edit and record walk-in bookings
Download bookings and mailing lists .csv files
View, search, and check in guests

You can decide the level of access for an individual page by clicking an event in your dashboard and then clicking the Access tab on the right. Here is an overview of the permissions each access level allows:
Event Manager
Edit all event details

Admins can change the permissions of team members
Admins and Event managers can change the permissions of individuals with access to a specific event.
Admins can remove teams members.
Admins and Event managers can revoke access to individual event pages.

Changing permissions
Admins can change the permissions of team members
