Advance capacity management
Managing numbers and spreading footfall is critical for in demand event both large and small. Being able to manage the footfall, by spreading bookings using time-slot entry is one key tool for achieving this.
With larger events there can be additional challenges, that at times require a more detailed approach. Advance capacity management allows each time slot to be allocated a capacity. This allows event organisers to work with modelling projections to make sure there are never any queues, events never reach maximum capacity but at the same time never feel empty.
Here is a screen shot of our advance slot by slot availability tool showing the number of tickets booked, whats still available and the ability to increase or decrease the size of the slot in real time.
