The set up exhibitor portals this feature must be activated on the organisation account - all paid accounts have this feature active.
Generating the portals
To generate the portals first you have to set up a portal group for the fair. Once this is done you can then generate the individual portals for each exhibitor.
Assigning invites to each portal
Once an individual portal has been configured you can allocate a certain number of invites that the exhibitor can then generate and distribute. You can also assign booking links that the exhibitor can share on a mailing list. This booking link can be limited to a number of bookings.
In both case, when a booking is made from an invite or a booking link connected to a portal, the exhibitor will be notified when a guest books and arrives at the fair.
Distributing the portals
After you have generated the portals you can then distribute them.
If you added a contact email to the portal you can distribute these directly through ARTSVP.
If there is no email contact added to a portal you can click the portal and copy the link to the portal to distribute manually.
